Hello, friend, my name is Jaymes O'Pheron. I started Catalytic Conversations because I am passionate about quality communication. I believe that humans are designed to succeed in community, with people synergizing with each other to multiply potential. But in order for the power of relationships like this to take full effect, the people in them must communicate effectively. And there's the rub. Us humans, we're really quite bad at communicating. It doesn't come naturally, and it doesn't come easily. And with today's global market, professionals of all stripes are facing a slew of new challenges inherent to digital communication. It is vastly more difficult to make an authentic connection without that magical in-person touch! But like any skill, with study, practice, and work, it is possible to learn how.
