With a corporate and entrepreneurial business background, Nikitta Chau - Founder of Centric Quest, is an ICF accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner and a Conversational Intelligence® Coach. Nikitta's life passion is in communication and understanding the behaviours of people across cultures and professions. This led to her untiring efforts in the studies of personality profiling and self-development, gaining her the certified right to practice her expertise of Multiple Intelligences in Dermatoglyphics within China and Hong Kong, concurrently having close affiliations with WBECS (World Business and Executive Coach Summit) and IDRDC (International Dermatoglyphics Research & Development Center). Being a multi-talented lifelong learner exposed to both Western and Asian culture and with a vision for herself and those she works with, Nikitta strives to engage in roles that allow her to improve the well-being and development of others. With Nikitta's help, clients will gain understanding and insights into their core being and learn to leverage their strengths and advantages in business or personal areas where they wish to develop further. She is based in Hong Kong currently but has a global clientele where her services are provided via various online based platforms. Nikitta has over 10 years’ experience in the people development field and her clients mainly come from Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and North America.
