Presentation: Mission, Philosophy and Vision CERME is a firm whose main mission is to provide applied and continuous training services, to carry out thematic studies and to propose innovative solutions in management and economics to private, public, parapublic and other economic agents in support of the accomplishment of their management missions through the implementation of policies, structures and systems promoting transparency, effectiveness and efficiency. Our philosophy It is to come up with innovative and creative solutions, we have a non-linear approach to reality and our ambition is to guarantee that our customers (mainly those who do not master the reality of this complex country) integrate political, socio-cultural and anthropological data in their programming and operations as well as the design of their interventions. Our vision Is to become a Haitian reference capable of being trusted to carry out technical studies and training of modern managers as a result of the quality of its services and its understanding in the fields of management and economy. All our interventions are baed upon the following values which are essential in the contractual relationships that we establish with our partners: Know-how and ensured quality, Integrity, Innovation, Responsibility, Professionalism. Organizational structure and system To accomplish its mission in the best conditions of efficiency, CERME is composed of: a) a Management Board which includes a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary General and two Councilors; b) A Technical Council with nine Senior Councilors each assisted by two Junior Councilors in the following fields of activity-Management of Public Policies and Management of Organizations -Management of Economic Policies, Finance and Budget -Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation- Taxation, Accounting and Audit- Project Management and Public Markets- Justice, Security and Gender - Business Management, Entrepreneurship
