Cervera produces fine food specialties at Kløvergaard in Rødding, Southern Jutland. The production is based both on raw materials from Denmark and from the Mediterranean countries, which Cervera further processes and distributes to retail stores and to professional users in commercial kitchens and restaurants. The products are produced at Kløvergaard, a former co-op dairy located well out in the countryside in Southern Jutland, completely surrounded by fields. Cervera also manufactures private label products for a number of customers in Denmark and for export. Cervera's production facilities are both very flexible and quickly adaptable.
