Before founding my consultancy, I spent over six years at the heart of global sport and lifestyle brands, beginning with adidas Football, and later joining Nike, where I worked in Brand Marketing for four years across Football and Running. Today, through my independent consultancy, I partner with visionary founders and organisations to help them scale with clarity and purpose. My expertise sits at the intersection of culture, community, and communication, shaped by real work on the ground and a proven record of scaling projects that deliver meaningful engagement and growth. Recent collaborations include NSLB, one of London’s most exciting emerging athleisure fashion brands, and The Powerhouse Project, a leading organisation empowering women in sport. I also write and host The Purpose Economy, a blog and conversation platform exploring how business can evolve to serve people and planet while driving real performance, featuring inspiring leaders shaping the future of work, culture, and purpose.
