Chaplain Otto Ministries

At Chaplain Otto Ministries, our primary focus is spreading the gospel within the community, including both on the streets and in prisons. Our mission involves conducting church services, providing discipleship and mentorship programs, and offering support to 220 inmates. Additionally, we work closely with veterans, addressing critical issues such as PTSD, suicide prevention, and substance abuse. We are certified trainers through the National Anger Management Association. We are able to offer anger management classes that come with a court accepted certificate upon completion.
