Chateau Guilhem

The Guilhem Estate has been in the same family for six generations. It is located at the heart of Malviès, a small village overlooking the Pyrenees, near the old city of Carcassonne. Today the vineyards spread over 96 acres of sun-drenched limestone slopes of the Malepère Massif. Environmentally conscious we have turned to organic winemaking and our wines are certified under the Organic farming label. Many different varieties of grapes, including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc thrive on some of the best 'guaranted vintage' soils placing Chateau Guilhem's wines among the most prestigious ones of tghe Malepère region.
