Prior to starting my own business, my career has been in admin related, customer services type roles from working in financial services, some retail, and then in education. For last last 15 years I worked as HR Manager in large secondary school where I was responsible for all aspects of recruitment, wellbeing, absence monitoring, annual reviews, writing policies and advising the strategic leadership. Friends and colleagues would tell you that, if you want to get things done, I'm the 'go to' person which is great compliment.
