Chilcotts is a friendly and professional auction house based in smart and historic premises in the heart of Honiton, Devon. Our vendors and valuation clients are private individuals and professionals, including 'downsizers', families and executors, solicitors and estate agents. We serve clients located locally, nationally and internationally; we frequently handle estates in Devon, Dorset and Somerset that are administered by families and/or solicitors who are based in other areas of the UK or abroad.
