Childcare Conversations

Childcare Conversations started in 2002 with a Director Program in Texas - expanded into Oklahoma and serves clients across the country. The classes and podcasts are extensions of the best selling book "From Overwhelmed to I Got This". We started as Learning Links in 2002 - expanded as TexasDirector.org in 2007 and in 2020 grew to Childcare Conversations. We are a professional development organization for Early Child Care staff and entrepreneurs. We train directors and they receive a Child Care Administrators Credential. In 2002 they were the first to offer the 40 hour training program on weekends. In 2005, they were the first to offer an online program. With over directors who have completed the course we are excited to continue to support them with additional training opportunities and resources to better perform their jobs.
