Company Background China Executive Associates is a regional headhunting agency remaining active in the Asia Pacific region. Our Shanghai Office comprises about 20 staff, including 3 partners, 6 consultants, 10 researchers, and other supporting staff. Most of them are young and engergetic professionals, who are passionate with what we are doing. Based on our rapid growing business in mainland China, we are now looking for a few well expeirenced headhunters/Recruitment Consultants to join us. Our corporate culture If you are a Partner applicant, you don't need to have existing clients, coz we have enough clients already. What we care is how much passion you have about what we are doing. If you are a Consultant applicant, we don't care whether you have a well developed candidate database or not. What we need is only "you". Large databases are not reliable in your industry,hardworking attitude and effecitve search methodoloties are. In our corporate culture,age or length of experience does not necessarily symbolize your seniority.Smart young guys oftenly run faster.We have an equal and systematic training system to young professionals.
