Chrysalis is the creation of Rachael Bayliss, an HR professional, passionate and qualified business coach. Rachael has 20 years of global experience working with senior and emerging leaders in Europe and Africa. She strongly believes that each person has the solutions to their own challenges and partners with them on the journey to find their authentic leadership approach, strengthening not only themselves as leaders, but their organisation as well.
