We are a South African research company that specialises in large-scale, national quantitative and qualitative research studies. Over the past two decades, Citizen Surveys have visited over a million households to discover the daily world experienced by our citizens – who they are, how they behave, and what they think and believe. These research insights help to reveal social, economic, political and consumer trends. Ordinary citizens are consumers of services, products, brands, government programmes and communication; they are the customers of businesses and government and the driving force behind decisions that form strategy.
