City Cellars is a locally owned and operated restaurant concept by the Howling Hospitality group. Led by Chef Antonette Williams-Wright, City Cellars features a delectable brunch/lunch menu that is offered seven days a week and a bistro-style dinner menu that is offered Monday-Saturday. Located in Houston's largest mixed use development, East River, we feature stunning views of Buffalo Bayou, Downtown Houston and the surrounding green space. We proudly operate a scratch kitchen, craft cocktail program and have something for everyone on our menu. City Cellars' prides itself on being one of Houston's premier Adults-Only restaurants and enforces a strict 21+ age requirement at all times.
