Clairesquares is a nationally award-winning, San-Francisco based, artisan confections company. Our gourmet, Irish sweet treats are handcrafted from premium ingredients using classic Irish recipes. Clairesquares' product line includes unique chocolate and caramel-based cookie bars, buttery shortbreads, chocolates, specialty pies, and seasonal offerings. Our brand is built on our decadent signature product called Clairesquares: caramel squares made from a buttery shortbread base layered with thick, rich caramel and topped with a smooth coating of Belgian chocolate. Clairesquares' handmade products have received press from Food & Wine, Fortune, CBS, 7x7, SF Chronicle and many other publications. In 2015, Clairesquares debuted a delicious ice cream collaboration with Haagen-Dazs -'Chocolate Caramelized Oat Ice Cream', which is inspired by our traditional Irish treats, and is a part of the new Haagen-Dazs’ Artisan Collection. After tasting gourmet sweets from more than 100 notable culinary artisans across the country, Clairesquares was selected to participate as one of six artisans nationwide who demonstrate an outstanding commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and premium ingredients.
