Clare Ceb

Clare County Enterprise Board was one of 35 Enterprise Boards established by the Government in 1993 with the principal aim being the promotion and development of the small and medium enterprise sector of the county. Its fundamental objective is one of ensuring that the various measures available are sufficient to create a climate lending to the creation of new jobs, to the maintenance of sustainable jobs and to the prioritisation of support. The Board is now rightly recognised as a leader in the provision of business advice, counselling, mentoring, business skills and management development programmes providing training to people in the small business sector. The Board under the EU Structural Funds Programme 2007 -2013 ensures to provide a quality service for up-skilling, meeting IT requirements, provision of enhanced training and developing strategies to assist entrepreneurs and business start-ups.
