Coach Barbu

Coach Barbu is a Montreal-based Kickboxing school that offers customized classes for you needs. Kickboxing adds the kicks of karate and thai boxing to western boxing's punches, strategies and methods of training. As a complete martial art itself, kickboxing's greater goal is self-growth but it's also a very effictive system of self-defense and a great way to get in shape, lose body fat and build strong, sturdy muscles. Classes inlcude learning the punches, kicks, knees, elbows and throws of kickboxing as well as fighting strategies, cardio, padwork and physical conditioning.
