Jay Izso is an inspirational speaker, multi-award winning author, podcaster, and the founder of Coaching Mavericks an executive business and life coaching firm since 2006. Jay uses an applied psychological approach to inspire and empower executives to address their weaknesses, utilize their strengths, improve communication, and advance themselves and their teams to higher performance. He is an inspirational and motivational speaker and professional member of the National Speakers Association who speaks internationally at conferences, universities, and businesses.
