Lora Woodward is a backyard adventure seeker who thrives in nature whether it is her own garden or the local woods and waterways. As a Registered Life Planner® and Certified Professional Coach, she works with people like you to map their own life adventure and start living life on their own terms. Lora works with individuals, couples, and teams to reveal their aspirations and then deliver them in short order. Through a series of one-on-one conversations, coaching focuses on personal development, life planning, and navigating transitions. Lora uses intuitive listening and questions that prompt An Outside Perspective to help clients handle life’s challenges with grace, whether it be at work, in school, in a relationship, or dealing with loss. With an emphasis on spending time outside, coaching sessions empower clients to set goals and develop accountability strategies while the environment provides natural stress-relief enabling clients to open themselves to new solutions for overcoming barriers. Empower each member of your team with the personal responsibility and skills to lead effectively. Through custom-designs outdoor excursions and retreats for groups in the public and private sector, Coach Outdoors trainings address specific client needs. Each individual gains stronger communication skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and self-discovery, while the team becomes a stronger unit, ready to meet their challenges head on. Trainings are offered on-site or in partnership with local recreation vendors. Excursions include, hiking, biking, kayaking, canoeing, and other exciting ways to spend time outdoors.
