Because of the overwhelming pressures and stress that we all face in our daily work lives, I created Coachingshoes. I have seen first-hand the adverse effects of uncontrolled pressure and anxiety on our mental and physical health. My main goal is to make conversations surrounding mental fitness as vibrant as when discussing physical health and daily training routines. My approach to coaching is rooted in our innermost feelings and wants. I want to help individuals better manage the constant pressure to perform by opening up conversations about the demands of modern-day corporate business life.
