Jessica Samples, MA, IMTA CMT-P, is a mindfulness meditation practitioner and coach who teaches adults in high-performance (work/home/life) environments to cultivate a consistent mindfulness practice to help manage stress, build resilience, foster creativity, and find more peace amidst the chaos of daily life. New clients have generally heard about the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, but can’t seem to get a consistent daily practice going. She provides clients with the necessary tools, techniques, and support to experience the transformative benefits of mindfulness and make the habit and/or new mindset stick. Jess holds a M.A. in Women, Gender, Spirituality and Social Justice from C.I.I.S, is a Certified Koru Mindfulness Instructor, a Certified iBme Mindfulness Teacher, as well as a Certified Mindfulness Teacher (Professional Level) via International Mindfulness Teachers Association. She is a trauma-informed and healing-centered educator with over 15 years of mentoring and learning alongside first-generation college students (12th grade - graduate school), sharing mindfulness-based wellness tools and way more. She now teaches mindfulness to adults – both fully-fledged and emerging – in private practice and organizational settings.
