Coffee For Good Inc

Coffee for Good operates a coffee shop, open to the public, as a paid training platform for people with developmental disabilities. Coffee for Good is located in a historic building in central Greenwich, CT with ample, free parking. The coffee shop serves a wide range of gourmet hot and cold coffees, teas, smoothies, breakfast and lunch items. Up to 24 young adults work at Coffee for Good, with each paid trainee working a 3 hour shift approximately 3 times a week. Training is tailored to the individual and typically lasts between 6 to 12 months. Coffee for Good has a large volunteer Inclusive Employer Team that reaches out to local employers to invite them to visit the coffee shop and observe our capable trainees. The Inclusive Employer Team has placed Coffee for Good graduates in several local businesses and nonprofits such as Gregorys Coffee, PlayaBowl, Rise Donuts, The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk and the YMCA.
