Colectivo Piloto

Founded in 2004, Colectivo Piloto was created to design and implement innovative programs that connect education, culture, and industry through creativity. For the past 20 years, we’ve developed initiatives that turn learning into action — building bridges between institutions, communities, and the creative economy. We’ve partnered with cultural centers, educational institutions, businesses, and government agencies across Latin America, Spain, and the United States — advancing the careers of more than young people through media production, training, and youth-led creative projects. Today, this vision continues through Teens Media Network® (TMN), our global youth-media initiative based in New York and Barcelona, where young creators learn by doing — gaining mentorship, press access, and visibility across a bilingual international platform that reaches over 1.5 million people each month. Guided by creativity and purpose, Colectivo Piloto continues to build pathways for the next generation of talent.
