Collaborative Education Solutions is a K-12 educational services company that provides coaching and support to help transform educational settings by assessing operations, recommending solutions, and engaging instructional teams towards sustainable implementation of best practices for improved student outcomes and school culture. We have sat in your seats as former teachers, principals, and district leaders and are excited to work alongside school leaders and their teams to help improve the schools they lead. Our educational and professional experiences complement our passion for teaching and learning and have served as the underpinning for our work. Our broad-based background including expertise in current reform and research, standards-based curriculum alignment and support of low performing students through turnaround strategies have framed our organizational vision. We attribute student success to a rigorous and relevant research-based curriculum and strategies, and positive school-wide relationships. We lead our partner teams in developing a culture of high expectations, accountability, project-based learning, data analysis, continuous progress monitoring, collaboration, and standards-based instruction.
