There are far more choices about how to pursue energy efficiency than there used to be. Collaborative Efficiency helps examine those choices and develops energy efficiency strategies that make sense for the unique set of opportunities and constraints facing each electric cooperative and municipal utility we work with. We offer the following services to electric cooperatives and municipal utilities- Energy Efficiency Potential Assessment: How much energy efficiency potential is in your service territory? How cost-effective is it? We analyze customer usage data and other data sets to answer these questions- On-Bill Financing: We are experienced at setting up and expanding on-bill financing programs- Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Value Assessment: We determine the value of energy efficiency or demand response measures, taking into consideration when the savings occur and the wholesale power market- Energy Efficiency Program Options and Best Practices: Our team brings decades of experience designing and implementing energy efficiency programs. We’ll share our lessons learned and draw on national best practices to help you meet your energy efficiency program goals- Program Implementation: We can provide a wide range of program implementation support, from a management advisory role to providing one or two staff to a full-scale turnkey operation- Program Course Correction: We can review your existing energy efficiency efforts and help develop strategies that will provide more benefits to you—and your members or customers- Contractor and Trade Ally Support: Contractors are critical for many types of programs, but especially for weatherization retrofits. The utility program may drive the project but the customer will have the most in-depth relationship with the contractor they hire. We can help you develop a program in which contractors are providing great service and customer satisfaction.
