Collaborative Minds Consulting provides neurodivergent-centered consulting, professional development, and coaching designed to support schools, professionals, and families in understanding the whole child, beyond behavior. With over two decades of experience in special education, speech-language pathology, and autism support, our mission is to help teams and families reframe how they view communication, behavior, and learning through a compassionate, strengths-based lens. We partner with school districts, agencies, and educational teams to create inclusive systems that honor neurodiversity. Our professional development workshops and consultations focus on practical strategies rooted in current research and lived experience, helping professionals integrate trauma-informed, sensory-aware, and connection-centered practices into daily routines. Topics include Neurodiversity and Inclusion, Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), Sensory and Emotional Regulation, Executive Functioning, and Understanding Behavior as Communication. For families, we offer individualized parent coaching and consultation to help caregivers better understand their child’s communication style, sensory needs, and emotional regulation. We empower families to build connection and confidence while navigating school systems, IEP goals, and home supports. Our coaching and consulting services are designed to bridge gaps between disciplines—bringing SLPs, educators, BCBAs, OTs, and families together with a shared understanding and consistent language of support.
