Collaborative Prehire is built on one simple idea: When measuring a job candidate’s soft skills, what matters is finding out if that person works well with other human beings. • Do their behaviors support an inclusive environment? • Are they emotionally resilient during problem-solving? • Do they adapt well to change? • Do they respond well to feedback? • And will they take an ethical stand to support mission success? To that end, we developed a hiring assessment to measure collaboration. Our collaboration assessment is an I-O validated Situational Judgment Test (SJT) developed based on 40 years of hiring experience.
