Collective Action

Collective Action is a women-led small business that partners with governments, organisations, and communities to design and evaluate initiatives that eradicate inequality and injustice and build safer and more inclusive societies. We are a small team of specialists with expertise in the areas of gender equality and social inclusion, primary prevention of violence against women, public health, and LGBTIQA+ community inclusion and wellbeing. We specialise in facilitating the involvement, leadership, and influence of people who experience discrimination and marginalisation in the development of policies, programs, and services that affect their lives. We value collaboration at Collective Action, and we believe that we can achieve the best outcomes for our clients by bringing together people with diverse expertise, experience, and skillsets. We have a core team of specialists who work collaboratively on every project, and we regularly partner with consultants and specialists to create multidisciplinary teams that are fit for purpose for each client and project.
