In 2019, Collect Plus Limited was established to provide debt and revenue management services to commercial, financial, and public service organizations in East Africa, with the goal of serving the entire continent in the future. In order to pursue, track, negotiate and monitor debt repayment, we must provide clients with proven and highly effective non-performing asset resolution tools. In order to exceed our client’s expectations in terms of operational, financial, and performance requirements, we have implemented debt management processes that cover a comprehensive approach aimed at optimizing debt management, as well as processes that are designed to significantly improve portfolio quality and reduce operating expenses. By holding training sessions, we are able to provide our employees with a platform for lifelong learning and skill development.
