We specialize in helping donors with complex gifts of non-liquid assets (real estate, business interests, restrictive securities, estate gifts, retirement plans, insurance, and personal property) and also liquid assets (cash, checks, stocks). CSF is a recognized leader in receiving, managing, and liquidating these types of assets. We handle the administrative burden by selling the asset for you and then placing the net proceeds into your CSF Giving Fund from which you may recommend grants to your favorite causes.
