The firm identifies commercial real estate opportunities, negotiates acquisitions, directs the formation of legal ownership, and takes responsibility for the asset strategy. The firm is responsible for underwriting and coordinating due diligence, title/escrow, loan funding and closing activities. After the property is acquired, the firm is responsible for implementing asset business plans, directing day to day operations of asset management, property management and property leasing.
