Founded in 1978, Committee for Children is a global nonprofit dedicated to fostering the safety and well-being of children through human skills development. CFC is the world’s largest provider of research-based educational programs that promote human skills and prevent bullying and sexual abuse. Committee for Children has been working for over three decades to help create a world in which the whole child is not only nurtured, but celebrated. Committee for Children creates research-based, human skills materials to help children succeed in school and in life, helping create a world in which children can grow up to be peaceful, kind, responsible citizens. The organization’s human skills materials have taught millions of children skills that help them stay safe, manage their emotions, solve problems, avoid risky behavior, and improve their academics.
