We began the CPnetwork in 2020 as dedicated to providing faculty development training to higher education professionals online. This initiative aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of educators in a virtual environment, ensuring they remain at the forefront of educational advancements. In 2022, we formalized our efforts by registering as Communication Professionals Association LLC in the USA. Our activities primarily involve networking with higher educationists as part of their professional development. We conduct surveys to assess the demand for various educational services and deliver targeted outreach programs designed for students. Continuing our commitment to excellence, 2024 marked a significant milestone with our upcoming premier publication, the International Quarterly Multidisciplinary Research Journal. This journal invites submissions of research excellence from academia, fostering a robust platform for scholarly exchange and enrichment starting with postgraduate and doctoral research, aiming to be a global leader in advancing research that bridges academia and industry. Our vision is to enhance the impact of published research through an inclusive and equitable platform, driving innovation and scholarly excellence. Additionally, we support the academic community through research portal workshops tailored for authors and reviewers, facilitated by seasoned research professionals. In 2024, as the CPD approved provider, we have expanded our offerings to include corporate training workshops further diversifying our impact. Our dedication lies in advancing higher education teaching, learning, and research through continuous professional development, and bridge with the industry providing research solutions. Besides, we celebrate the best practices in higher education and research, exemplified through our CP Awards and Accolades.
