Community School Collaborative - Montana

Community School Collaborative (CSC) provides Sleeping Giant Middle School students real-world career exploration and enrichment experiences that launch them on the pathway to a successful and fulfilling education, career, and life. To achieve this vision, CSC employs two core programs: Cougar Career Days - CSC’s primary career exploration that provides work-based learning experiences for all 300 SGMS students. Cougar Career Days occur 6 times a year and each has a unique focus grounded in the 16 nationally identified career pathways. These days take youth into the Livingston and Bozeman communities where leaders teach and mentor students by providing direct career exposure. Cougar Pop-up Clubs - Elective after-school and weekend events that allow students to dive deeper into their career interests in a personalized setting.
