Since college is such a big investment, it is important that parents, increase their return on this investment by making sure their student is prepared for what comes next. My career coaching program is designed to empower college students by supporting them through early career discovery and by holding them accountable during the job search process. I thrive on helping young professionals reach their career goals. My experience as Director of MBA Career Services at Drexel and Head of Investment Banking Recruitment for JPMorgan Chase gives me a unique perspective on the many challenges faced by today's graduates.
