Computer Arts and Technological College is a higher education company based out of Philippines. That vision has been made a reality when CAT College was founded on June 10, 1987 and formally accredited by the Department of Education Culture and Sports (DECS) in 1989. Across the years, CAT College has metamorphosed dramatically into a prestigious institution of higher education. The school is now housed in its own 5-storey building conveniently and strategically located at Balintawak Street, Albay District, Legazpi City, just at the back of Albay Astrodome and within the vicinity of the seats of the city and provincial governments. The modern school building is equipped with the latest computer, multi-media and Research facilities, laboratories, technical and technological machines and equipment.
