ABOUT: Conrad Coaching is a coaching and training business where the focus is on self-discovery, awareness, choice, and action. Clients are being empowered to find their own answers while being in a safe and encouraging environment. The environment is an equal partnership where the spotlight is on the client's wisdom while the coach navigates through their chaos. My belief is that every situation has possibilities and people do have choices. To change your results, you need to change your habits. Most of the time we do know what it is we need to do but we don’t follow through. We get stuck because of our limiting beliefs we have about ourselves. Allowing yourself to let go of beliefs that no longer serve you and creating new ones that are in alignment with what you want in your personal and professional life is a fundamental element at Conrad Coaching. Emotional intelligence and mindfulness practices are applied where the client goes on a journey of self discovery to get clear on what they want and why they are consciously or unconsciously blocked. The client can rewrite and reprogram their present mindset with beliefs that are in alignment with what they want. Programs: 1. CIJ Clarity Catalyst: This 8-week training program cultivates creativity, authenticity, and self expression by applying emotional intelligence and mindfulness tools. The program is for individuals/teams feeling stuck and wanting to create positive change. Habit Change Coaching: This 12-week coaching program uses a coaching system focused on creating healthy habits that last, follow through on actions and one on one support. This is how you will succeed: 1. Make yourself a priority and show up for yourself. Remember why it matters. Failure is normal and that is how we learn.
