The idea to rebrand this Monaco landmark is born out of a mission to “respect the planet” and “focus on the future of our community,” through expanding the services offered by the restaurant to include spaces that can host activities promoting sustainability and wellness, and function as a hub for the incubation of innovative concepts. At 1,800 square meters, the venue will have three floors, with the interiors redesigned to manifest its vision. Coined from the Latin words con (with) and scientia (knowledge), Conscientiae refers to a state of being that allows one to develop a profound understanding of the self, and to engage with the world through a multi-faceted and open-minded approach.
