Conscious At Work is all about personal energy management: We aim to have a positive impact on people’s energy levels by 2020. We do this by increasing awareness of work-life integration, helping people manage their reservoirs of personal energy, as well as supporting burnout prevention and recovery. This comes in form of 1 on 1 coaching, workshops, in-company trainings and office yoga sessions. The mastery program combines coaching and personal effectiveness tools with yogic practices. We focus on getting the best out of people and their potential in three ways- Coaching - Workshops for personal development and effectiveness -(Office-)/ Desk Yoga Business clients: We offer easy access to office yoga sessions and coaching at the clients' offices. Flexible and on demand: scheduled when needed- Breakout sessions, board meeting / lunch breaks with re-energizing techniques off the mat - Workshops on Work & Life balance and - Training about personal development and effectiveness to achieve better performance. Private clients: We offer coaching guidance to persons who want to make a change in their life and/or career by triggering own insights into own beliefs, patterns and intrinsic motivations. We give detailed coaching and consulting on topics around Expatriates, Millenials, Stress/Burnout.
