CONTEMPEHRARY is a Danish food start-up, offering a new Nordic take on tempeh. Our production facilities is located in the beautiful Anneberg Kulturpark where we focus on applying the best Nordic grown ingredients in the making of our tempeh. Our concept is to let ancient Indonesian fermentation techniques meet new Nordic ingredients, in creating an innovative, plant-based and sustainable ’super food’ full of great taste - we call it Nordisk Tempeh. Tempeh is tasty. And it is a brilliant alternative to meet. It is our vision that tempeh becomes a stable food in the Nordic kitchen in (and for) the future, and we want to make that happen!
