Contemporary Mediation is a professional private Mediation Consultation Practice based in Co. Wicklow in Ireland. Our vision is to reassure our clients of our understanding of conflict in the workplace, Community and Family bringing key skills in resolving any conflict as we offer effective mediation. Our objective is to ensure the needs of the parties are met as they work together, assisting them in finding self determined mutual agreement going forward. We are neutral and impartial in our approach with the parties and aim for realistic resolution to conflict as we reality test the proposed agreement to ensure it will withstand the test of time. Or unique approach is to work tirelessly to facilitate the parties in exploring all creative options in order to resolve conflict. We specialise throughout Ireland in Mediation Services as an Alternative Dispute Resolution model by facilitating the process of Mediation in all types of conflict, namely, Workplace, Community, Family & Separating Couples. Our objective is one that will see the Court process becoming an Alternative Dispute Resolution model and Mediation no longer an Alternative in every dispute.
