Founded in 1998 by Melanie Upson Rafferty, Cortel Improvement, LLC is a full-service management consulting and training organization. She alone has over 30 years senior experience in Human Resources (HR)/HRD, and Organizational Development (OD) with clients from: manufacturing, government, professional, commercial, and non-profit organizations. The Cortel cadre of professionals are successful business people, dynamic trainers, and engaging consultants. We provide a wide range of consulting, training and development, assessments, needs analysis, team building, leadership retreats, management training, facilitation/mediation, and coaching tools. In just our ‘Leadership Journey’ series alone, we have developed and presented 50 separate models to 400 satisfied customers. Based on a decade of client feedback and market research, we have continued to build in more one-to-one coaching (using high-profile instruments) because the learning is dramatically accelerated.
