Cotapsa

The City of Toronto Administrative, Professional, Supervisory Association, Incorporated (COTAPSA) was formed in 1967. We proudly represent the majority of eligible non-union employees from across the City. We are the oldest and largest Municipal Management Association in Canada. Our role is to represent the interests and views of the Members of the Association, to present such views to the administration and/or City Council, and to regulate Employee Relations between non-union and management employees and the City of Toronto. We advise, advocate, or act on Member issues such as terminations, severances, terms & conditions of employment, lost wages, human rights complaints, etc.
