Courageous Mindset® Life & Leadership Coaching helps you learn to apply a courageous mindset to your most challenging goals and to all facets of life, work and relationships; gain clarity on what you need and want; set your vision, goals and milestones; admit to your strengths and leverage them; navigate your roadblocks; change the self-doubt and self-limiting beliefs into self-acceptance and commitment to your purpose; create a plan and get into action. This coaching process will help you grow confidence, fulfillment and success on your own terms. I provide private one-one leadership coaching to leaders, emerging leaders, and women leaders. My coaching is for people who are willing to do the hard personal work that is necessary to be honest with themselves, develop self-awareness, change their limiting mindsets and grow their capacity to take courageous action toward becoming the kind of leaders and people they truly aspire to be. How coaching works: I am not the expert on your life and challenges. You are :) Coaching with me provides a safe space for you and helps you clarify what you want, helps you to get out of your own way, better manage procrastination and conflict and get in action toward your values aligned goals. You will pin point exactly where you are acting in opposition to your goals and will learn to apply your strengths and a courageous mindset to make decisions and take action.
