Chef Heather Lopez has years of experience in the food industry. Starting with culinary school where her focus was on foreign gourmet and food sciences, she then went on to learn the about food service from every level. Her jobs have included short order cook, prep, caterer, and even working in Italian restaurants. Now she has brought her experience, creativeness, and talent to everyone as a personal chef based in Austin, Texas. Her favorite dishes to create are classic Italian pastas, unique fusions, and one of a kind cheesecakes.
