The challenge is that we’ve learned to look outside ourselves for all the answers, molding ourselves into what we “think” we “should” be. After 20 years in the civil engineering industry, and a challenging role as a program manager of a dam safety program, I found myself questioning everything I had been taught to believe. I broke down every "should" and examined whether I believed it.(Most of the time, the answer was no) This questioning brought me back to myself and showed me a new purpose. Instead of climbing the corporate ladder to senior-level positions, I jumped off and began embracing the qualities I used to believe were weaknesses: direct, challenging, and catalyzing. I combined them with my highly intuitive nature to bridge intuition and reasoning. My coaching style is empathetic and direct. I create a safe space for my clients to dive deep into their inquiries. Following intuition and gaining an understanding of how your energy works, how you're affected by your environment, and letting go of the conditioning that has led you down a path of burnout is my specialty.
