WHO WE ARE: Create Meditation offers a one-of-a-kind experience for our creators (you), that is fully customized based on a preliminary questionnaire. We have combined different mindfulness practices into one unique experience that helps release stress and anxiety, connects the mind and body, rewires the brain with new personal beliefs, and helps our creators activate their power from within. WHAT WE BELIEVE: Create Meditation and the ones we serve all seek a sense of fulfillment, and aspire to physical and spiritual wellness. There comes a time when we may need to seek new solutions. The heart sends more messages to the brain, than the brain does to the heart. When we uplift and inspire, the potential is limitless.
