These are a frozen steak (2 oz each) made from Whole grains that have been ground up and blended with simple basic wonderful spices like onions, garlic, soy sauce. Our ingredients are straight forward and simple. Vege Steaks are great as a steak with mashed potatoes and Broccoli, chopped up and added to stews or chili. You will find many recipes on our website. 2) Bueno Coffee Substitute was our second product and is still going strong. Made from garbanzo beans grown in the Northwest part of the USA. people say,"It tastes just like my Starbucks". 3) Our third product is the simplest of all to use. Vege Shreds. Vege Shreds come in both Light and Dark and used like shredded chicken or shredded beef. Vege Shreds are dehydrated and will last forever when stored in a dry environment. they are great in salads, soups, burgers, and many other uses. We have many recipes to help you get started. Vege Shreds are about 90% pure protein, making them a great source of nutrition. When added to soup, you are adding pure protein to a soup that might otherwise have no protein. Using Vege Shreds to make a Hamburger, you will find the texture to be so incredible and when mixed with onions and garlic, some of your choice spices, you will have yourself a hamburger that is 100% Plant Based and your guests will want more and more.
