We help families and individuals optimize their brain through the Amen Clinics method and coaching techniques. We also help clients break through their limiting belief systems and thoughts so that they can optimize their life! We specialize in trauma, traumatic brain injury, ADHD, executive functioning disorders, anxiety, and depression. We have also worked with the client's therapists and medical teams to provide continuity and quality of care. If the client does not have these in place when they work with us, we assist in the creation of their network and care team. We also teach classes about brain health and are currently working on expanding our offerings into the realms of group coaching and the needs of businesses and organizations that could use brain health training to optimize their teams.
