Hi, Josh here! Growing up in business in a high-risk merchant environment has been preparation for the many difficult daily changes that happens in most any vertical. With almost 30 years’ experience in the call center industry, holding various positions from operator to owner, helps provide comprehensive solutions for any business’ customer service needs.
